Please be very specific as to the problem you are having. Here are a few of the items we will need in order to assist you:
- What you were doing when the error occured. For example, you where in the request component and clicked on the Invoice tab.
- What operating system you use?. ie Windows XP, Windows 2000
- How much memory is on your computer? 128MB? 256MB?
- Are you on a network?
- How much free space is on your computer?
- What version and date of CORTRAK are you using? Go to Help, About CORTRAK to get this information. The version information is VERY important.
